From the Canton Fair to Our Factory Floor: Why Buyers Keep Visiting Our Luoyang Tricycle Plant
The 140th Canton Fair is over, but our work started the day we came home. Luoyang Shuaiying Trading Co., Ltd. team sat down for a full review: every booth conversation, every question we could not answer on the spot, and every comment buyers left behind.

What the meeting looked at
We read the notes line by line, grouped them by market, and asked one question: what stops a dealer from placing a second order? The answer was rarely price. It was clarity — payload figures that match real roads, brake specifications in plain terms, and spare-part lists that arrive before the first container does. Nothing on that list was invented in a meeting room; every item came from a buyer’s sentence.
Four changes now in progress
Feedback clustered around four points, and each one has an owner and a deadline. First, load ratings for the motorized cargo tricycle tested on hills and unpaved roads, not on a spec sheet. Second, better protection and clearer labelling on electric models, so buyers in humid, dusty regions know exactly what they are getting. Third, a standard spare-part kit and English documentation with every shipment. Fourth, faster replies: a named contact per market, answering technical questions within one working day.
Factory visits and first orders
Since the fair, buyers have been arriving at our plant in Luoyang almost every week. They walk the line, test a unit themselves, and ask the questions nobody asks in a hall full of samples. Several have already placed orders, and the feedback repeats itself: straight answers, realistic lead times, a team that fixes problems instead of explaining them away.
What happens next
We will publish updated specifications as they are confirmed, and keep the factory door open. If you visited us in Guangzhou, thank you — tell us what we should improve next. If you did not, send us your daily load and terrain, and we will tell you honestly which model fits.
